Roderick graduated from Southampton University with an LLB Honours degree in 1976 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. His early career was spent with a firm in Berkhamstead where he became a partner and head of the Private Client Department.
He joined Reynolds Parry Jones in 2004, where he was made an associate in 2005 and a partner in 2007. He specialises in probate, wills, trusts and tax planning and has a particular interest in charities.
He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is a Solicitor recommended by MENCAP for their Wills and Trust Service.
He is interested in public and charitable affairs, and was elected a Town Councillor for Chesham in the May 2011 local elections. Other interests include conservation, gardening, and travel.
Roderick lives in Chesham with his wife and young son.
