Reynolds Parry Jones merges with Blaser Mills Law

We are delighted to inform you that, as of 18th August, Reynolds Parry Jones merged with Blaser Mills Law.

In the year of our 150th anniversary, the Reynolds Parry Jones partners have been carefully considering the direction of the firm and how best to safeguard its future. Three key requirements have been at the forefront of our minds during the decision-making process; to ensure continuity of service excellence to our clients, to retain our historic geographical presence and to maintain our reputation and standing in the local and business communities.

We strongly believe that all three will be achieved by the merger with Blaser Mills Law.

Many of you may already be familiar with Blaser Mills Law, who are one of the largest and most reputable firms in Buckinghamshire and we have long-held a mutual respect with them. They share a similarly open and friendly culture to ours and understand the importance of providing good quality, clear legal advice and service, as well as value for money. The merger will bolster our existing private client offering and also enable us to offer additional business law services to our clients and contacts, with Blaser Mills Law having industry leading teams in areas such as Corporate & Commercial, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Residential Development, which will complement our existing expertise in Commercial Property, Employment and Dispute Resolution.

Whilst most of our partners and staff will remain, Robert Hill will be taking well-deserved retirement.

Our clients, many of whom are second or third generation whose families have been advised by the firm for decades, can rest assured that our values and culture, as well as our strongly aligned sector focus and philosophy of legal excellence, will provide the ideal platform for our future success with Blaser Mills Law
