More than 98 per cent of clients at leading High Wycombe-based law firm, Reynolds Parry Jones LLP, have said they are satisfied with the overall services they have received.
The new rating beats the firm’s previous highest score of 97 per cent, indicating that the quality of the legal services it provides continues to improve above the already high level enjoyed by the firm’s clients.
What is more impressive, is that of those surveyed by the independent LawNet organisation, 95 per cent described themselves as very satisfied with the performance of their legal representative and the firm’s understanding of their needs.
Clients instructing the firm on the full range of legal matters, from business and commercial to residential property and conveyancing, as well as family and employment, were interviewed for the most recent survey.
During the survey, clients were also asked to share their thoughts on the progress of their matters, the quality of communication from the firm and the speed of the firm’s responses to queries.
Responding to the latest survey, Reynolds Parry Jones LLP’s Senior Partner, Graham King said: “We are delighted that so many of our clients have said that they are satisfied with the service and support that we provide to them.
“None of this would be possible without the fantastic work that our talented team does. They often go above and beyond for clients, delivering advice that is tailored to each individual’s specific requirements.
“We are delighted to have received this level of positive feedback and would like to thank all of our clients who took part in this latest survey.”
