More than 98 per cent of clients at Reynolds Parry Jones LLP have said they are satisfied with the overall services they have received.
The new rating beats the our previous highest score of 97 per cent, indicating that the quality of the legal services it provides continues to improve above the already high level enjoyed by clients.
What is more impressive, is that of those surveyed by the independent LawNet organisation, 95 per cent described themselves as very satisfied with the performance of their legal representative and the firm’s understanding of their needs.
Clients instructing the firm on the full range of legal matters, from business and commercial to residential property and conveyancing, as well as family and employment, were interviewed for the most recent survey.
During the survey, clients were also asked to share their thoughts on the progress of their matters, the quality of communication from us and the speed of our responses to queries.
