Richard Hughes
Richard is the senior partner of the firm. He took his articles and qualified as a solicitor with a City firm and joined the firm in 1971, becoming a partner in 1973. He is primarily a commercial lawyer and has many years experience in general company and commercial matters.

Gillian Humphreys
Gillian qualified as a solicitor in 1972, having joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1970 and becoming a partner in 1974. Her speciality is private client work including residential conveyancing, wills probate and trusts, and personal asset planning. She is a Council Member of a local university college.

Graham King
Graham became a partner of the firm in 1984, having qualified as a solicitor in 1981. He is a commercial lawyer, highly experienced in commercial property matters and has a particular interest in the sale and acquisition of businesses, including management buy-outs. He is Chair of Governors of a local school.

Robert Hill
Robert qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and became a partner of the firm in 1987. He is a litigation specialist and a practitioner in commercial law with a particular interest in employment matters. He is a board member of the local Citizens Advice Bureau. He is also a keen amateur musician.

Roderick McCulloch
Roderick qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and joined the firm in 2004. He became an partner in 2007. He specialises in wills,probate and trusts including personal tax and asset planning for private clients.

Tony Hatton
Tony joined the firm in 1971 and became a partner in 1974, later becoming a consultant. His speciality is commercial litigation within which he has particular expertise in intellectual property, commercial contracts and leases and insolvency.

Deborah Yeates
Deborah joined the firm in 1988 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in 1990. Since then, she has specialised exclusively in family law. She has been a member of the Law Society's Children Accreditation Scheme since 1995 and was appointed as an Associate solicitor in 1998. She is also a member of Resolution.

Melanie Saville
Melanie was appointed an Associate solicitor in 2004. She specialises in employment law, personal injury claims, civil litigation and company and commercial matters. Melanie runs RPJ Employment Law Club with Robert Hill and Tony Hatton. She is the Vice Chair for a local pre-school and a member of Maidenhead Thames Rotary Club.

Margaret Marshall
Margaret joined the firm in 1987 as an assistant solicitor having qualified in 1986. After a period as a legacy officer with a major charity she returned to the firm as a property specialist with a continuing interest in charity law. She became an associate in 2005. She is a member of the Institute of Legacy Management.

Deborah Maunder
Deborah qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and worked in London with West End and City firms until taking a career break in 1989 to bring up a family. She joined the firm on a permanent basis in October 2007, and since then, has been appointed as an Associate solicitor in April 2009. She specialises in Commercial and Residential Property.
