Property solicitor joins Wycombe law firm

Wycombe solicitors Reynolds Parry Jones have announced the appointment of Deborah Maunder as assistant solicitor in its Commercial Property department.

Deborah graduated in law from Manchester University in 1981 and took articles with a prominent London firm before being admitted as a solicitor in November 1984. On admission she decided to specialise in Property and practised in this field in London until 1989 when she became a partner in a firm in the City.

She then left employment to start a family and is now the mother of three boys aged 13, 15 and 17. During the early part of this year she took up a part-time temporary position with Reynolds Parry Jones in order to prepare to resume her career and to ‘catch up’ with developments in the law since the late ‘80’s.

Her position with the firm has now become permanent and has been welcomed by senior partner Richard Hughes who said “Our Commercial and Residential Property Departments continue to be very busy and form an important part of our future plans for the firm. In these circumstances we are delighted to welcome Deborah as a member of the team and are confident she will make a major contribution to assist our anticipated future development.”

Deborah is a keep-fit enthusiast and a keen runner. She hopes to take part in next year’s London marathon.
