Despite promises from every new government to cut red tape there always seems to be a more or less constant stream of new statutes, regulations and legal cases affecting businesses!
For small or medium sized businesses which falls foul of the law it is at best is annoying or distracting and at worst potentially disastrous. Usually the business fails to comply with the law without even knowing that law exists!
The Business Club, taking a lead from our two existing clubs (Employment and Property) has been established to keep businesses up to date with the ever-changing legal environment in which they operate, – so that local business owners and entrepreneurs are kept aware of the vital facts easily, efficiently, and with the minimum cost in time and money.
